Breaking Free- Tech and Mental Health

Guest Speaker Dr. Alicia La Hoz, Founder of Family Bridges

Today’s children are growing up in the midst of a mental health crisis. Rates of anxiety, depression, eating disorders, and even suicidal thoughts are rising at alarming levels

Technology, whilr offering many benifits, has also transformed how kids see themselves, their peers, and the world around them, often amplifying stress and loneliness.

Dr. La Hoz will explore how digital connection and social media influence childrens brains and emotional well-being.

Parents wil leave with tools - and renewed hope - help their chidren navigate the digital age with strength and confidence. A Q&A will follow.
